Try rebooting the router by unplugging it from the power outlet. Allow about 5 minutes before plugging the router in again and then after 1 minute, try connecting to the internet again. This should solve your issue in the majority of cases.

NB: On some routers there is a reset button, this is not a power button. Do not press it as this will result in a chargeable service call out.

NuWave Broadband is Fixed Wireless, which means we will bring the signal to your premises wirelessly.

If you wish to get the connection around the inside of your premises, most premises will achieve a signal throughout the entire building with the one standard router. Though, note: all premises are different and some can receive a wireless signal throughout but others, because of many issues, for example, thickness of walls, insulation type, concrete floors etc. may require some extra routers which can be provided by our installers, sometimes this requires an extra, non-standard install payment.

No, NuWave broadband is a two-way service, which means you do not require a phone line to get installed. Also, if you have a phone line, NuWave broadband will not affect your ability to make calls with the existing phone line.

No, the equipment will remain the property of NuWave Communications Ltd. We will service the equipment if needed. We have a 1 year warranty for any fault in the equipment, outside of weather damage or damage caused by a third party, including the customer where we installed the equipment.
